13 X Luxury Townhouses - Jam Property Group
Location: Boondall
Project: The design, construct and project management of the electrical, communications and internal electrical layouts across 13 luxury townhouses.
Project Details: Our skilled and qualified team worked on connecting the main switchboard and external underground reticulation, including Mitsubishi Split system installation and pre-piping. The dedicated project manager ensured continuity across all sites, delivery of an aesthetic finish and avoided external ductwork.
Shop Fitout - Mura Boutique

Project: The commercial shop fit outs for high-end retail fashion boutique, Mura Boutique.
Project Details: The electrical systems consisted of 42 LED shop lights, 3 chandeliers and an LED strip lighting to ceiling bulkheads, tailored to provide showcase lighting and functional lighting.

Location: Maroochydore Shopping Centre
Project: The commercial shop fit outs for discount retail outlet Discounts Galore, with new fluorescent and LED lighting.
Project Details: The electrical systems included 214 fluorescent troffers, and 16 LED shop lights, completed within 3-week turnaround to suit the client’s schedule.
